Return Policy

Please read our Return Policy on this page to make sure your item is eligible for return before you decide to return any product. The Return policy terms are slightly different for each product category.

Basic Terms:

You have 5 calendar days after item delivery to notify us of any discrepancy in your order and you have decided to return the product.

If your item meets all the requirements as detailed in the following Returns Policy, please contact us via call on 021-38781786 to initiate the return process.

. Arrange the Product drop off

. Your return will go through Quality Check

. If granted, your product will be returned, exchanged and/or refunded.

If your item meets the return conditions, it can be returned within a period of 5 days from delivery date.

Example:If I received my product on the 5th, I have until the 10th (6:59 pm) to contact Customer Services at the number provided.

Note: You have 5 days from the day you received your purchase to call Altabarruk.com to initiate your return. Past this date, unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

How to request a return?

Contact Customer Service at 021-38781786 or info@altabarruk.com to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure, fill out a returns claims form and forward it to the Quality Assurance Department.

Please be prepared to give the following pieces of information:

a) Your order number.

b) The reason for the return.

c) The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)

d) Where and when the product should be delivered to.

. Our customer services will guide you through the process of shipping your product to us.

. Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Assurance team.

. We will make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.

. If and when the returns claim is granted or not granted to you by us you will be contacted and the returns procedure explained to you in each case.

. Please note that if the fault in the product lays with us i.e. AlTabarruk.com, then the product will be replaced, payment refunded and/or shipping cost returned. (Subject to certain conditions). In the event that your Returns Claim is not granted, the returned product will be sent back to you with an additional charge that you will pay to the courier.

. Any decision regards returns and/or refunds for any item purchased from altabarruk.com will be taken by Al Tabarruk.com ad will be deemed final. However, due care and diligence will be taken into account while making these decisions.

General Terms of Returns:

. Remember to send back all items (including the free promotional items) that came with the purchase. If forgotten, the return will be invalidated.

. If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check if your product has a warranty, and contact the manufacturer if it does. We advise you to check our Warranty Policy for more information.

. The quality evaluation process may take about 5 business days. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the evaluation.

. If you prefer to replace your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product. If you choose a refund voucher, you can also use it to buy a similar product on Altabarruk.com yourself.

. If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.

. We will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and will also not be under any obligation to hold the product for you.

Products included in the General Merchandise and Restricted Categories List:

. All products that are available at altabarruk.com are categorized into to lists according to their nature of composition. It is as follows.

Restricted categories include: Dates/Khajoor, Perfumes (Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic), Ab e Zam Zam and other delicate items.

General Merchandise includes items such as Ehram, Abaya, Patka, Panja, and all other items which are not included in the restricted list. (Items other than which are included in the restricted list)

Specific Return Terms:

Restricted Items: There exists a blanket 'No Return and No Exchange' Policy for Restricted List items except under certain conditions and/or circumstances including but not limited to and subject to the meeting of the general terms outlined in this Return Policy.

. The product delivered does not match the product ordered.

. The innermost packaging of the product is damaged or broken and/or the innermost seal is not intact.

. Product is damaged or faulty. E.g. dates are not edible due to expiration, staleness, etc.

General Items: The items included in the General Merchandise list will be eligible for return if under certain conditions and/or circumstances including but not limited to and subject to the meeting of the general terms outlined in this Return Policy.

. The product delivered does not match the product ordered, e.g. color change, etc.

. The innermost packaging of the product is damaged or broken and/or the innermost seal is not intact.

. Product is damaged or faulty. E.g. fabric is torn.
